Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was both a team member as well as the captain of the Fierce Five in 2012 in addition to the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. In 2012 the team, she won gold medals in team competitions along with the floor workouts. On the balance beam she was awarded a bronze. This made her the Olympics gymnast with the highest number of medals. She won the gold in the team event during the 2016 Olympics, which made her and Gabby Douglas first Americans to have back-to-back golds. Silver medals were also awarded at the all-around event and floor exercise. In the three years between the Olympic Games she won her break was taken. In addition, she was part of two gold medal winning world championship teams. Her favorite event is the floor workout. The gymnastics training began at the age of two years old. Aly participates in the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her grandmother. Aly hopes to be a fashion designer and expand her line of Leotards and socks in coming years. Fierce will be out at the end of summer.
